Knob is a short hike that provides access to several quality petroglyph panels. I know of
very few rock art sites that yield such a big bang for so little effort. Please take only
pictures and leave only footprints.
Circle of Friends:
Knob Pictograph Panel is part of the "Circle of Friends"
program. Members of the "Circle of Friends"
have access to more specific information, explicit route information, GPS waypoints,

Walnut Knob is a very short hike to an awesome petroglyph panel. This is a desert environment,
every member of your hiking party should carry a minimum of at least one liter of water.
Walnut Knob is accessible year round in good weather. Navigation for this
route is easy.
A trip to Walnut Knob is often combined with a visit to the
Canyon Ruins and Beaver Pond Ruins.
The trailhead is accessible
to all vehicles in dry weather conditions.
